The characteristics of stone mountain carving are: light weight, high strength, good corrosion resistance, good insulation performance, low thermal conductivity, good designability, and excellent craftsmanship. The molding process can be flexibly selected according to the shape, technical requirements, usage and quantity of the product. The process is simple, it can be formed at one time, and the economic effect is outstanding, especially for products with complex shapes and small quantities that are not easy to form, its process superiority is more prominent. Therefore, the stone sculpture we usually see are basically made of stone mountain carving.
For the
stone carving of this project, we have readjusted the conventional production process according to the uniqueness of this project. According to the pictures provided by Party A→making samples now→returning gypsum abrasive tools→reproducing stone mountain carving→appearance grinding→putty scraping and leveling→overall spraying of primer→overall spraying of topcoat→detailed treatment, the overall process has many steps and costs The labor cost is high and the construction period is long.
1. In the early stage of processing, it is often necessary for the owner to provide corresponding drawings in order to carry out more accurate processing. According to the particularity of this project, the owner should provide corresponding photos for processing. We need to make processing deepening drawings based on the photos. It is convenient for further construction.
2. After the drawing is confirmed, use the sample to make the shape we want. After the sample is ready, make accurate secondary revisions against the picture until it matches the picture.
3. After the sample draft is finished, apply plaster on the sample draft to make the internal molding of the plaster.
4. After the gypsum molding is dry, remove it from the foam. Care must be taken during the removal process to prevent the gypsum from breaking during the removal process. Brush the special glue inside the removed gypsum mold and paste the stone mountain carving wire again. Brush glue repeatedly need more than three times.
5. After the glue and stone carving silk are completely fused and solidified, crush the plaster.
6. After the previous process is completed, the three-dimensional stone carving surface will be formed, and it needs to be carefully polished with a polishing sheet. During the polishing process, it is necessary to carefully check whether each place is full and level it with putty.
7. After the above processing is completed, the overall stone carving is polished and colored.
8. So far, an exquisite stone mountain carving has been completed.
Wrap the finished stone carving with plastic adhesive film, and then make it into a box shape with blockboard or wooden strips. After the box is packed, it will be sent to the destination directly by a special car.
