In order to improve the stiffness and prevent cracks, sufficient fillers can be added to the stone sculpture, such as quartz, which can reduce shrinkage and cracks, and cement (stone sculpture: cement = 7:3) to increase strength. Some people have also proposed adding an appropriate amount of latex to stone sculpture and diluting it with water to make molds, which have good strength and no powder. Stone carving molds can be used as master molds for low melting point alloy molds to cast alloys in a hot state. When using a stone carving master mold to make a stone carving mold (sub-mold), the surface of the master mold should be coated with a separating agent, such as potassium soap solution, transformer oil, edible oil, 20% stearic acid + 80% kerosene, or gasoline + petroleum jelly, etc. . The stone carving mold can be repaired by dipping a water pen into the stone carving. The stone carving mold drying process is: (60~120)℃/(4~5)L. After natural cooling, lightly polish with metallographic sandpaper, and then bake at (100~150)℃/(8~10)L, ( 200~230)℃/(20~24)L.
