The FRP stone carving products we see in daily life are all clear in color, and the main texture of the stone carving is relatively clear, while the FRP itself is milky white. Before the color treatment of the landscape boulders factory, since the remanufactured FRP mold will have mud and stones, it needs to be polished after cleaning. The pigment used for color treatment is generally acrylic paint.
In the landscape boulders, take the bronze color treatment process of FRP stone carving as an example: an alloy with a copper content of 64% is bronze, and acrylic pigment coloring can achieve this effect. The first is to make a base color with dark pigments, and mix the pigments with water to completely cover the surface of the stone carving. Wait for it to dry before applying it a second time. In order to highlight the visual effect of patina, white and green pigments can be mixed with water to form light-colored pigments, which can be painted on the convex and concave places on the surface of stone sculpture. After all the paint is completely dry, use white and colorless shoe polish to change it again, and the matte effect of bronze color will appear.
