2. Stone sculpture manufacturing
Stone carving handicrafts are produced using hand lay-up molding methods. Before production, the injection mold can be generated into several modules and copied according to the appearance characteristics of the stone sculpture from the perspective of conducive to shaping and mold removal. In this way, modular equipment is finalized, and then they are integrated into a whole. Then the product is integrated and spray-painted, and the production of a stone carving handicraft is completed.
3.Mold manufacturing
Mold processing is the key to FRP forming. Silicone material data is in a liquid state before operation and has good activity and filling properties. After production, the condensation reaction generates rubber product elastomer materials with relatively large elastic deformation. The water in the original mold processing has no effect on cross-linking reflection. Cross-linked silicone material has better sealing performance and does not adhere to the original mold processing and FRP. However, the cross-linked body of silicone material is relatively easy to deform and needs to be supported when used for mold processing. The characteristics of FRP can be used as a mold carrier.
4. Molding and manufacturing
Stone carving handicrafts use hand lay-up molding method, and the molding route must be designed before production. Starting from one side of the stone carving, form a part of the grinding tool and then paste the product. After the first part solidifies, the grinding tool is formed and the product is continued to be pasted. Under the premise that it is conducive to the forming operation, assemble as many mold module blocks as possible at one time. This process is repeated until a unit block is finally vacated. The modular block is pre-formed and glued to the overall fossil sculpture.
5. Post-processing
