(1) Arc welding - mainly welds a part of the steel frame structure. It is a more general and versatile welding method. DC welding machines are divided into two types: AC welding machines and DC welding machines.
AC welding machines have simple structure, convenient manufacturing and maintenance, low price, low operating noise, easy to use, and are widely used.
DC welding machines depend on arc stability and can be used for various welding wires. However, they are inconvenient and expensive, so they are suitable for fixed site processing.
(2) Argon arc welding machine - widely used in welding of
stone mountain carving. When welding
stone carving plates, the quality is easy to ensure, the welding production is easy to operate, and it is very suitable for stone carving production and processing.
During the production of stone mountain carving, mirror polishing is an important part of processing the details of the work. Next, the stone mountain carving manufacturer will tell you our daily surface polishing methods.
1. The stone mountain carving surface is evenly ground, with an abrasive grain size of 80-100.
2. The rough surface is polished, and the surface has uniform straight lines. It is usually polished on the 2A or 2B plate with an abrasive belt with a grit size of 180-200.
3. One-way surface processing, not very reflective, this kind of surface processing may be widely used in construction applications. The process steps are to polish with coarse abrasives first, and then grind with abrasives with a grit size of 180.
4. It is a further improvement on No. 4. It uses Tampico polishing brush to polish the surface of No. 4 in abrasive and oil media. This surface treatment is not included in "British Standard 1449", but it can be found in the American Standard.
5. It is called bright polishing, which is to polish the surface that has been ground very finely but still has grinding marks. Usually the 2A or 2B plate is used, with a fiber or cloth polishing wheel and the corresponding polishing paste.
6. Mirror polished surface with high reflectivity is often called mirror surface processing because the reflected image is very clear. Polish the stonework continuously with a fine abrasive and then with a very fine polishing paste.
