①Design and molding

Samples are produced according to the stone carving design style provided by the customer or the style designed by the stone carving production company according to the customer's requirements. Sometimes the stone garden sculpture needs to be coated with a gelcoat surface. Because the gelcoat has self-leveling properties, it will also appear on the surface when solidified. The gel coat layer has a certain leveling effect under the action of tension, which is not suitable for expressing delicate textures. These should be considered during design. The original mold of the Stone Garden Statues can be molded from clay, and ordinary molding is done by professionals. After the stone carving work is completed, after natural drying and reaching a certain strength, the stone garden sculpture mold can be manufactured.

②Model reproduction
Generally, stone sculpture are used to make molds. If two pieces are needed in special circumstances, silicone molds can be used. Silicone abrasives can produce dozens of products. Model making ensures that the stone carver is experienced, so that the product will have greater integrity.
③Product production
First, clean and wax the stone sculpture mold. Generally, a combination of diesel and floor wax is used, so that the molded product is better, cleaner, and easier to clean. The general principle of brushing the stone garden sculpture for the first time should not be too thick, thinner, and thinner. It is only advisable to wait for about 20 minutes to dry, then thicken the stone garden sculpture for the second time. When it is about to be fixed for the second time, you can apply fiberglass, then put the steel pipe to fix the back, and use fiberglass to fix the fulcrum.
④Coloring treatment
Copper color treatment is used, and some use baking paint, gold paint, and gold foil. It all makes sense. Remember the repulsion between the alkyd paint and the nitrocellulose paint. Acrylic is widely used. The color should not be too thick, otherwise it will easily layer.
⑤Installation
The installation is still a bit high. Normal installation uses expansion screws. The user drills holes with an electric hammer, chisels the expansion bolts in, and fixes a few more points to ensure a solid installation.
2. Reproduction process of Stone Garden Statues
① First apply a thin layer of unsaturated polyester resin on the back of the stone carving mold;
②Lay two layers of glass cloth pre-woven from glass fiber;
③Finally, apply a layer of unsaturated polyester resin to combine the glass cloth and unsaturated polyester resin.
