According to the sculpture design style provided by the customer or the style designed by the company according to the customer's requirements, the sample is made. Sometimes the marble sculpture needs to be coated with the surface layer of the gel coat. Because the gel coat has self-leveling properties, and the effect of the surface tension during curing The lower gel coat layer has a certain leveling effect, and it is not suitable for expressing fine textures in this situation. These should be given consideration in design. The original mold of Marble Sculpting can be molded with mud, and ordinary molds can be completed by professionals. After the sculpture work is completed, after natural drying and a certain strength, the marble sculpture mold can be manufactured.
2. Model reproduction
In general, gypsum is used as the mold. If two pieces are required in special cases, silicone molds are used. Silicone abrasives can be produced dozens of times. Model-making sculptors are experienced, and the products produced in this way have more integrity.
3. Product production
First, clean the plaster mold and wax it. Generally, diesel oil and floor wax are used together, so that the molded product is better, cleaner, and easy to clean. The general principle of brushing the FRP for the first time should not be too thick, thinner, and thinner. , wait for about 20 minutes to dry, then thicken the glass fiber reinforced plastic for a second brushing, and then paste the glass fiber after the second time is about to be fixed, then put the steel pipe on the back to fix it, and fix the fulcrum with the glass fiber.
4. Coloring treatment
Copper color treatment is used, and some use baking varnish, gold lacquer, and gold leaf. The reason is all figured out. Remember the repulsion between the alkyd and nitro lacquer of the paint, and acrylic is widely used. The color should not be too thick, otherwise it is easy to layer.
5. Installation
The installation is still a bit high, the general installation uses expansion screws, the user drills holes with an electric hammer, chisels in the expansion bolts, fixes a few more points, and the installation is firm.
2. FRP remanufacturing process
1. First use the prepared unsaturated polyester resin to coat a thin layer on the back of the plaster mold;
2. Spread two layers of glass cloth pre-woven with glass fiber;
3. Then apply a layer of unsaturated polyester resin to make the glass cloth and unsaturated polyester resin superimposed and combined.
