Usually, the diameter of ordinary stone sculpture is 9~275px. If we go to the average value of 250px, then about 4~5 railing posts will be placed in 1 meter.
1. For the installation of the lookout post, first remove the sundries on the floor of the lookout post, pop up the side line of the post on the ground, pop up the center line of the column body on the side of the post base, find out the center point of the lookout post, and use a hollow drill to place it in the center. Drill a hole of 37.5px, and determine the depth of the hole according to the thickness of the floor, generally 125px~200px, and then drill the same hole at the center of the bottom of the pillar, the depth can be slightly deeper, 125px~250px is fine.
2. Fill the two holes with stone glue, such as AB glue, or cement slurry, insert a 250px steel bar into the hole filled with glue, then align the hole on the post with the steel bar, and stabilize the post , Check whether the edge of the watchpost is just in the position of the painting, shift it slightly, and stabilize the watchpost, pour stone glue into the joint between the ground and the watchpost, clear the overflowing stone glue, and the installation of the watchpost is basically completed.
3. For the laying of the lower pressure plate of stone carving, the soil and sundries on the foundation cushion should be cleaned before laying, and then the line should be drawn to determine the center line and side line, and the ink line should be ejected, and the foundation cushion should be paved with cement slurry or stone glue Layer, apply stone glue to the place where the watch column is in contact with the lower pressure plate, fix the lower pressure plate according to the line, and remove the overflowing glue.
4. The installation method of the railing column is similar to the installation method of the lookout column. It is necessary to first determine the position of the lower pressure plate and drill holes, and then drill holes in the upper and lower ends of the stone column. The depth of the drilling does not need to be so deep this time. Place the drill collapse plate. After drilling the hole on the lower pressing plate, filling the stone glue, inserting the short steel bar, the hole at the bottom of the balustrade column is drilled at both ends to meet the short steel bar fixed on the lower pressing plate, straightening the balustrade column, and stabilizing with glue. After all the railing posts are connected with the lower pressure plate, the next step is the installation of the upper pressure plate.
5. For the installation of the upper platen, the upper and lower platens are generally smooth on three sides, and the ground surface is the machine-cut surface. Put the machine-cut surface up, and draw the drilling position with a line. Similarly, we need to pass through this hole, the steel bar and the top surface of the railing column. They are connected and fixed, so this hole needs to be accurately determined according to the punching position of the lower platen just now. Generally, we can drill this hole a little larger to avoid failure to connect.
6. After drilling the hole, pour glue into the top surface of the railing post, and pour glue into the hole of the upper platen, fix the steel bar in the hole of the railing post, slowly lift the upper platen with a rope, and buckle it into the top of the railing post rebar. After the buckle is stable, make a slight modification, and use glue to pad it flat and stabilize it. Apply glue to the connection between the watch column and the upper and lower pressure plates, and connect the watch column with the upper and lower pressure plates tightly.
Through these steps, a wall of stone sculpture is installed, and they are carried out in sequence to complete the installation of the whole set of stone sculpture. In order to pursue more firmness, we can design tenons on the two ends of the upper and lower pressure plates and on the pillars during design. The tenons are also called bamboo shoots, which can be stronger, but the processing fee will be higher, and when processing the pillars, the position is wrong. , it will bring trouble to the installation, so you can order a slightly longer upper and lower platen, and then on-site installation, please install the workers to process the bamboo shoots, and then install.
