It's cutting material. Marble Sculpting is a method of making carbon steel plate stone sculpture and Marble Sculpting plate stone sculpture. Carbon steel plates and Marble Sculpting plates are not taken to the mold and knocked on the ground. Instead, the material is cut out according to the different shapes of each part of the plaster model, and the materials are knocked consciously according to their ups and downs. Knock the edge on the edge. You can knock it on any tangible and solid object. Then take the hammered Marble Sculpting plate to the mold to compare. If you think the shape is correct and can be completely closed with the model, then put these scattered carbon steel plates. , Marble Sculpting boards are welded piece by piece from top to bottom, and each piece must be adjusted to the mold. The texture effect on the surface of each Marble Sculpting board must remain the same, which must be forged while shaping.

After the shapes are forged correctly, they must be welded together according to the requirements of the work (including electric welding and argon arc welding). For welding, you need to prepare a welding machine, welding handle, and welding rod. Since a high degree of light is produced during welding, which is highly irritating to the eyes, you must wear a protective shield to avoid being injured by the strong light. When welded by electric welding, the Marble Sculpting board will deform greatly when exposed to heat, so some measures must be taken, such as spot welding first or cooling while welding. Argon arc welding is superior to electric welding. It is a gas-shielded arc welding method that uses argon gas to protect the metal melted by the arc at the joint to avoid the harmful effects of oxygen and nitrogen in the air. When polishing carbon steel plates and Marble Sculpting, first use a grinding wheel to smooth the welds and excess areas of the work, and then use a soft wheel (cloth wheel) to polish. When polishing, the work is coated with polishing paste to increase lubrication, so that the work can be thrown out more smoothly. Bright, thus giving people a good visual aesthetic feeling.
Larger Marble Sculpting with simple shapes can also be made without welding. The steel frame can be directly made according to the proportions of the work, use an electric drill to drill holes at the designed positions, and fix the Marble Sculpting board to the frame with rivets. This method requires that the proportions and dimensions of the skeleton be calculated very accurately, and the seams must be accurately aligned, otherwise differences will occur and the expected effect will not be achieved.
Commonly used thicknesses for stone sculpture include 1.5mm, 2mm, and 3mm, with the minimum required being 1.2mm. For areas with very thin structures, 1.2 to 1.5 mm thickness is used, and for areas with larger and smoother structures, 2mm-3mm thickness is used.
