stone carving glue into the two holes, such as AB glue, or use cement slurry, insert a 250px steel bar into the hole filled with glue, and then align the hole on the post with the steel bar, stabilize the post, and check Whether the edge of the watch column is just in the position of the painting, shift it a little to stabilize the watch post, pour stone carving glue into the seam between the ground and the watch post, clear the overflowing stone carving glue, and the installation of the watch post is basically completed.
2. Laying of the lower platen
Before laying, the soil and sundries on the foundation cushion should be cleaned up first, and then the center line and side line should be drawn through to determine the center line and the side line, and the ink line should be popped up. Apply stone carving glue to the place, fix the lower pressing plate according to the line, and remove the overflowing glue.
3. Installation of railing posts
Similar to the installation method of the watch column, you need to drill holes on the lower platen first, and then drill holes at the upper and lower ends of the Stone Garden Statues column. After drilling the hole on the lower platen, filling the stone carving glue, inserting the short steel bar, the hole at the bottom of the railing column is drilled at both ends to meet the short steel bar fixed on the lower platen, straightening the railing column, and stabilizing it with glue. After all the railing posts are connected with the lower pressure plate, the next step is the installation of the upper pressure plate.
4. Installation of upper platen
The upper and lower pressure plates are generally smooth on three sides, and the ground surface is the machine-cut surface. Put the machine-cut surface up and draw the drilling position with a line. It is also necessary to connect and fix them through this hole, the steel bar and the top surface of the railing column. The drilling position of the lower platen is precisely determined just now. Generally, the hole can be drilled a little larger to avoid failure to connect. After the hole is drilled, pour glue into the hole on the top of the railing post, and pour glue into the hole of the upper platen to fix the steel bar in the hole of the railing post, slowly lift the upper platen with a rope, and buckle it into the steel bar on the top of the railing post. After the buckle is stable, make a slight modification, and use glue to pad it flat and stabilize it.
5. Installation of the second lookout column
Apply glue to the connection between the watch column and the upper and lower pressure plates, and connect the watch column with the upper and lower pressure plates tightly. In this way, a wall of Stone Garden Statues has been installed, and it is carried out in sequence to complete the installation of a whole set of Stone Garden Statues. In order to pursue more firmness, we can design tenons on the two ends of the upper and lower pressure plates and on the pillars during design.
